How do I upload my logo?

You can upload your .png or .jpg logo file on the product page before you add to cart.

Or, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the logo file you'd like attached.

If no logo is included, we will pull your logo file from your website or just include company name and phone number.

How long does it take to receive my alarm?

Based on the size of your order it could take as little as 3 days and up to 9 days. Expect an artwork proof email within 48hrs after checkout. Once approved, orders typically ship within 2 business days.

How do I stop the alarm from sounding?

Take the alarm away from the moisture/water. If I t’s still sounding dry off metal sensors on the bottom and sides of alarm.

Are there any dangling wires for the sensor?

No, the sensors are built into the bottom and sides of the alarm.

Does the alarm need to be plugged in?

No. Once the battery is installed you can place it anywhere.

Can the alarm be submerged in water?

No. It is not designed to be submerged in water.

Does the alarm sound when the battery is dying?

Yes, there will be a low continuous beep when the battery is nearing the end of its life.

Do the alarms come with a battery?

The alarm does not come standard with a battery.
