FAQ
How do I get my logo on the alarms?
Upload your .png or .jpg logo file directly on the product page before adding to cart. Alternatively, reply to your order confirmation email with your logo file. If no logo is provided, we'll pull it from your website or display your company name and phone number. Within 48 hours of your order, we'll email you a proof for approval. Orders typically ship within 2 business days of approval. Questions? Email us at [email protected] or call 1-800-960-4945.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders arrive in as little as 3 days and up to 9 days depending on order size. You'll receive an artwork proof email within 48 hours of checkout. Once approved, orders ship within 2 business days.
What pack sizes are available?
We offer a 12-pack at $9.95 each, a 50-pack at $6.95 each, and bulk pricing for larger orders. Call us at 1-800-960-4945 to ask about bulk pricing for your business.
Do I need to order a minimum quantity?
Our smallest order is a 12-pack — a great way to try the product and see how your customers respond before ordering more.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our product with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at [email protected].
Does the alarm need to be plugged in?
No. Once the battery is installed, place it anywhere — under a sink, near a water heater, by a washing machine, or anywhere water damage could occur. No wires, no installation required.
Do the alarms come with a battery?
Batteries are not included with the alarm.
How do I stop the alarm from sounding?
Remove the alarm from the moisture or water source. If it continues to sound, dry off the metal sensors on the bottom and sides of the alarm.
Are there any dangling wires for the sensor?
No. The sensors are built into the bottom and sides of the alarm — nothing to install, nothing to trip over.
Can the alarm be submerged in water?
No. The alarm is designed to detect water at floor level and is not meant to be submerged.
Does the alarm sound when the battery is dying?
Yes. A low, continuous beep indicates the battery is nearing the end of its life — so your customer always knows it's working.
Where are the best places to leave an alarm?
Under sinks, near water heaters, by washing machines, behind toilets, and in basements or utility rooms. Anywhere a slow leak could cause serious damage before it's noticed.
Why do plumbers use Bralin Water Alarms?
The Bralin Water Alarm has a patented billboard window on the front where you apply your company name, logo, and phone number. When you leave one with a customer after a job, your brand stays in their home for years. When there's a leak — or their neighbor needs a plumber — they call you.
How does the billboard design work?
Every order includes custom logo labels sized to fit the billboard window on the front of the alarm. We handle the label production — you just approve the artwork proof we send within 48 hours of your order.
Can I order for multiple technicians or trucks?
Yes. The 50-pack and bulk options are popular with larger plumbing operations that want every tech leaving an alarm on every job. Call us at 1-800-960-4945 to talk through the best option for your team.
Do customers actually appreciate receiving an alarm?
Homeowners love them. Water damage is one of the most expensive and stressful things that can happen to a home. Leaving a branded alarm positions you as a plumber who goes the extra mile — and gives them a reason to call you first next time.
